• Manufacturing engineer (degree qualified, with relevant Industrial experience)

• Quality Engineers (at least HND with relevant Industrial experience, exposure to Six Sigma an advantage) 

• Mechanical Development Engineers (At least a 2:1 degree and preferably a MSc, plus Industrial experience of Mechanical Development of engine components) 

• Design Engineer (At least a 2:1 degree, Pro E and calculations experience in an crusher design environment) 

• Supply chain professionals (preferably degree qualified with significant experience of Purchasing, Materials or logistics) 

• Operations managers - from Supervisors to Shop Operations Leader. (Extensive experience of leading people in a team environment) 

• Electro magnetic designers ( Masters or Ph.D plus experience of electro-magnetic).
